RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our products including our preloved denim range may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in as new, unworn and undamaged condition with all labels and product swing tags attached. If the returned goods do not meet these criteria, your refund will be declined and we will return the products to you.

Any refunds issued will be less the original postage cost.

Exchanges will incur a standard shipping charge.

Change of mind refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items.

REQUESTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made in writing to info@misustreetwear.com.au, include a copy of your proof of purchase and in the case of faulty or damaged goods, a photo of the product showing the fault or damage within 14 days from date of purchase.

Once your request is received we will respond within 1 working day via email.

All return postage is the responsibility of the customer, however in the case of faulty or damaged items, should the claim for exchange or refund be approved we will either ship your exchange free of charge or refund the original purchase price including postage within 7 days.

In the event we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange a back order or a full refund.
